CFNews: PAX Corporate Finance promotes

The investment bank has also appointed Julien Truc, Clémence Koprowski and Pierre-Axel Diederichs as managers. The former, a graduate of Kedge Business School, was an account manager for several months at the Axiona crowdfunding platform. He joined the investment bank in 2015 as a chargé d’affaires. The second, a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University, also joined in 2018 as an account executive from Clairfield International, where she worked for over two years. Finally, the third completed an internship before being recruited by the structure in 2016. With a Master’s degree from ESCP Business School, he progressed to the position of Analyst from 2016 to 2019, then Business Manager from 2019 to 2021 (read their full biographies below).

Founded eighteen years ago, Pax Corporate Finance employs 25 professionals, including seven partners led by Adrien Tourres.
