The management and operational strategy consulting group acquires nod-A, an agency specializing in new collaborative work methods.
Sia Partners continues consolidating its position in the French and international consulting markets. Less than two months after integrating the American firm Gartland & Mellina Group (see below), the management and operational strategy consulting group acquired the French agency nod-A. In particular, the latter’s capital was in the hands of its co-founders, Marie-Noéline Viguié and Stéphanie Bacquere, who will remain in place after the deal’s closing. The Pax Corporate Finance teams were responsible for assisting the selling shareholders.
Three sites in France and Quebec
Founded in 2009, nod-A specializes in Design Thinking and the transmission of new collaborative work methods from the digital sector. With a portfolio of 80 customers, it offers large public and private group methods, workshops, tools, and training to improve the efficiency of its employees. With offices in Paris, Lyon, and Montreal and a staff of around 20, the company generated sales of over €2 million last year. Now supervised by Cyril Cuenot, Associate Director in charge of the HR & Change practice and Design Thinking expertise, nod-A’s teams will reinforce the design pole of Sia Partners created last year after the acquisition of digital marketing agency Fove (see below). Majority-owned by Matthieu Courtecuisse, its founder since a Bimbo in 2010, the new owner closed, in fiscal 2018, with sales of €250 million, 40% of which is generated internationally for a workforce of 2,400 consultants.
