The M & A consultancy has co-opted two new associate directors, Sébastien Leleu (master’s degree in corporate finance from Paris School of Business, London Metropolitan University) and Simon Morin (master’s degree in international finance from Rennes School of Business, Haute Bretagne University), who have been with the company since 2013 and 2014 respectively. In addition, Julien Truc (Kedge Business School, International School of Business Dublin), Clémence Koprowski (magistère in bank finance assurance Paris-IX), and Pierre-Axel Diederichs (master in finance from ESCP Europe, master management ISG Paris) have been promoted to managers.
