The investment bank for entrepreneurs strengthens its management team by adding a banker specializing in growth companies.
A graduate of EDHEC’s MSc Corporate Finance program, Tarik Saadallah began his career in Tech investment at Alven, before quickly moving into investment banking, where he worked with fast-growing companies. With 13 years of experience in several institutions (Clipperton, Bryan Garnier & Co., and more recently Avolta), Tarik has acquired significant expertise in the origination and execution of Tech and Consumer transactions, where he has accompanied some 30 deals.
Alongside these activities, Tarik co-founded Incepto Capital, an investment structure bringing together various entrepreneurs, a fund fully invested in start-ups such as Soan, VelyVelo, Stracker, Delivery Academy, Work & Padel, and Cuvée Noire.
Tarik Saadallah joins PAX CF as a partner and will focus on medium-sized transactions, targeting companies with sales of €10 to €200 million in the tech, impact, and food & beverage sectors.
Tarik will enrich the PAX team with his experience as an investment banker specializing in growth companies and an investor. The aim is also to strengthen the investment bank’s presence, particularly in secondary transactions, a fast-growing segment at PAX.
The investment bank closes the 2023 financial year with 25 completed transactions, including the LBOs of Digisap with Naxicap Partners and Auris Gestion with Andera Acto, the fundraising of Purecontrol and Angell Bikes, and the sale of Adameo to EY. The PAX partners are not ruling out new arrivals to the team, at all levels. Recruitment of new staff is already scheduled for early 2024.
