The management and operational strategy consulting group takes over nod-A, an agency specialising in new collaborative working methods.
Sia Partners continues to pursue the consolidation of the consulting market in France and abroad. Less than two months after acquiring US firm Gartland & Mellina Group (read below), the management and operational strategy consulting group has completed the acquisition of French agency nod-A. The latter was primarily owned by its two co-founders, Marie-Noéline Viguié and Stéphanie Bacquere, who will remain with the agency after the completion of the transaction. Pax Corporate Finance provided assistance to the selling shareholders through the process.
Three locations in France and Quebec
Established in 2009, nod-A specialises in Thinking Design and the transmission of new collaborative working methods that originated in the digital sector. Sustained by a portfolio of 80 customers, it offers to large public and private groups methods, workshops, tools and training to improve their employees’ efficiency. With locations in Paris, Lyon and Montreal with around twenty employees, the agency realised last year a turnover of more than €2 million. Now under the leadership of Cyril Cuenot, Managing Partner, Head of HR & Transformation and Design Thinking expertise, nod-A’s teams will join Sia Partner’s design unit, created last year after the acquisition of digital marketing agency Fove (read below). Majority owned by Matthieu Courtecuisse, its founder, since a BIMBO in 2010, the acquiring company Sia Partners closed 2018 with a turnover of €250 million, 40% from international business, and a workforce of 2,400 consultants.
