As experts in transactions, we have a thorough understanding of company valuations and are able to intervene effectively in all cases where a valuation is required. In connection with our LBO business, we are also involved in setting up employee share ownership schemes.
Without any conflict of interest, we value businesses, patents, brands, goodwill and other intangible assets, particularly in the context of a sale or acquisition.
We help set up FCPEs (Fonds Commun de Placement en Entreprise – company investment funds) to give employees access to their company’s capital.
We also assist our clients with their strategic questions and considerations, particularly when drawing up business plans or investment financing structures.
