EY Consulting, the leading strategic transformation consultancy, announces the acquisition of adameo, a consultancy firm specializing in the supply chain, with 70 employees. This new step allows EY Consulting to accelerate its growth strategy in the supply chain in France and Europe.
The adameo teams work on all supply chain issues, placing customer usage and expectations at the heart of their thinking. From strategic vision to operational implementation, adameo helps its clients to make their supply chain a vector for growth and competitiveness, by relying on a triptych of Operations, Information Systems & New Technologies, and Human Resources. The teams provide consulting services to define master plans, implement technological solutions (OMS, WMS, TMS, WCS, AI, Blockchain, etc.), manage demand forecasting, and optimize intralogistics.
adameo consolidates its know-how thanks to an ecosystem that is a source of innovation (start-ups, international technology players, editors, highly experienced and recognized interim managers, institutions, etc.).
Following a sale process organized by PAX Corporate Finance, the company’s historical advisor, EY stood out from a field of ten or so suitors, due in particular to a significant strategic convergence. EY Consulting, already present in the supply chain consulting business, will give adameo the means to grow in France and internationally.
This merger allows EY Consulting to consolidate its supply chain expertise in the French market, doubling the size of the team dedicated to these issues to 150 consultants. It also allows EY Consulting’s Europe West region to deploy cutting-edge know-how in digital supply chain transformation in order to address the issues of its international clients.
This transaction reinforces PAX Corporate Finance’s position as a key player in the transfer of growth SMEs, particularly in the consulting market. It echoes the recent accompaniment of entrepreneurs and managers of Sfeir, Siris Advisory or Teolia.
