AGENCE YOU, launched in 2012 by Georges-Mickaël FENICE, offers reception and administrative assistance services. It took over HÔTESS’ ON LINE and SECRETARIS in 2014. Now in 2016, AGENCE YOU is one of the main challengers in Paris region in its sector with a 30% average growth over the past two years.
In the beginning of the summer 2016, the managers of AGENCE YOU mandated PAX CORPORATE FINANCE in order to accompany them in their sale, led among a limited number of potential acquirers. PENELOPE GROUPE, managed by Christophe THOMAS, took quickly the lead thanks to a very similar management cultures to AGENCE YOU and a huge complementarity in their respective portfolio of clients and activities.
PENELOPE GROUPE is emerging as the major player of added value receptionist and administrative services. The pure player is adding up more than 2,300 clients within whom are working with more than 3,400 hosts and hostesses. With more than 15 establishments in France, its turnover arose to € 123 million in 2015 and the group is developing complementary activities like hosting in museums, events, call centers, enterprise concierge services or sales animation.
This acquisition enables the group, backed by LFPI since early 2016 to take on more than € 4 million turnover and to open new activities.
