Cherry Pick, a fast-growing platform for the provision of highly qualified freelance consultants in the digital and IT sectors, has joined forces with Neo-Soft, an independent IT and technology consulting group.
In a market marked by the digital transformation and the need for increasingly specialised talent, this operation allows Neo-Soft to offer its clients privileged access to the best tech and digital experts, including very specialised and rare profiles. With more than one million freelancers in France, an increase of 145% in 10 years, Cherry Pick will enable Neo-Soft to offer the flexibility that companies of all sizes need in accessing talent. The Neo-Soft group is thus becoming an essential partner for organisations seeking independent experts.
Following a process orchestrated by PAX Corporate Finance, Neo-Soft was able to convince the founders of Cherry Pick of the complementary nature of the business and the offer that this operation would allow. Thanks to this merger, Neo-Soft and Cherry Pick will be able to accompany the changes in the job market and offer a privileged career path. Neo-Soft will now be able to rely on a community of experts made up of more than 13,000 specialist consultants with the tech skills sought after by its clients. Cherry Pick’s freelancers will have access to new challenges thanks to Neo-Soft’s client portfolio, all sectors of activity included. Finally, the synergies created by the merger of the two entities will enable the range of technical and business know-how offered to the clients of both groups to be expanded.
