EVOKE, the first Omni channel solution software strengthens itself by announcing CM – CIC Capital Privé and Alliance Entreprendre as minority shareholders. This round of fundraising was structured by PAX CF. This operation will support the growth of the company, speed up its R&D programs and initiate a new phase of international expansion. In order to support the overseas development EVOKE will be renamed to SMART TRAFFIK.
SMART TRAFFIK, the multi modular SaaS solution increases sales and store traffic by offering web to store tools such as Store Locator, Click and Collect, Qualified Appointments and In Store Reservation. SMART TRAFFIK is currently deploying its software for its customers in 114 countries and in 27 languages and thanks to this new round of fundraising will allow SMART TRAFFIK to expand in Germany, Spain and Italy.
