Founded in Grenoble in 2004, H3C-Energies has built a multidisciplinary team, both human (engineers, technicians and architects) and technical, enabling it to master all aspects of energy efficiency and the operation-maintenance of associated systems. Its offer extends to decision support, sustainable building design and renovation, training, climate plan design and progress plan operation. This offer is intended for institutional and corporate customers. The teams are also present in Grenoble, Paris, Martinique, Guadeloupe and Morocco.
After 10 years of activities, the management wanted to be backed by an industrialist capable of accompanying them in their development services and on a geographical level. This is why they have chosen Socomec, which is present throughout France, internationally and also has a first-rate industrial clientele.
Through this acquisition, Socomec intends to strengthen its energy pole by adding the consulting activity of H3C teams to Socomec’s software solutions and products.
Advised in its operations by the investment bank PAX Corporate Finance, H3C will be able to benefit from direct synergies and is already undertaking joint developments with its new partner.
