PAX Corporate Finance organises the secondary LBO of RC Concept with CM-CIC Investissement, offering an exit to Apax Partners.
RC Concept is recomposing its capital by welcoming CM-CIC Investissement, which takes over from Apax Partners Développement. The former EFP Partners had acquired a stake in RC Concept six years earlier during a process already carried out by PAX CF. Management and the investor have entrusted PAX CF with the task of organising this new stage in the group’s development.
