Founded in 2012 in Alsace, Sirfull is a software publisher for industrial players to support them in the digitalization of asset monitoring and thus optimize the security of any industrial site. Sirfull’s solutions enable in particular the automation of the preparation and traceability of industrial welds and the monitoring of equipment in operation.

Following a process orchestrated by the Pax Corporate Finance teams, this fundraising of 6 million euros led by Innovacom alongside Sirfull’s historical investors (Demeter, Capital Grand Est, Wille Finance and Sirfull Holding) and financial and institutional partners (Banque CIC Est, Caisse d’Épargne Grand Est Europe, BNP Paribas and Bpifrance) should enable the company to strengthen its presence in Europe by establishing local sales teams in key countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain. In order to further improve the efficiency of Sirfull solutions, the funds will also be used to accelerate the integration of Artificial Intelligence into software solutions.

Already present in 15 countries and deployed on more than 200 industrial sites with notable customers – such as EDF, Air Liquide, GRTgaz, Inéos, etc. – Sirfull has demonstrated the relevance of its solutions in a context where manufacturers are faced daily with challenges and increasing requirements in terms of safety and the environment to control their equipment and minimize the risk of industrial accidents.
