The group offers a wide range of examinations on its 5 conventional radiology sites (ultrasound, mammography, X-rays, etc.), the group is also well established within the region's hospitals via GIEs and operates 3 scanners (2 scanners in Manosque and scanner in Digne) and 2 MRIs (Manosque and Digne) as well as a 3rd authorisation to be started. This territorial network covers the entire department.

The group combines a national dimension on the effects of scale while maintaining a work organization on a human scale at the level of the territories with teams of doctors from 5 to 20 radiologists. The group is currently present in Ile-de-France, New Aquitaine, Hauts de France, Haute-Normandie, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Monaco. France Imageries Territoires brings together more than 300 radiologists around 3 principles: - To bring together existing medical imaging structures in partnership with radiologists around a regional medical and economic project. - To continue the development of the platforms by ensuring the continuity of material and human investments. - Optimise and develop the operational model to respond to sectoral developments. - The Haute-Provence Medical Imaging Centre is thus continuing its local development while benefiting from the implementation of important synergies.

The Imagerie Médicale de Haute-Provence group, the only player in medical imaging in the Alpes de Haute Provence (04), has joined the France Imageries Territoires network.

Created following the merger of several practices, the Centre d’Imagerie Médicale de Haute-Provence now brings together 8 associated electro-radiologists. They work in 7 sites in the towns of Manoque, Digne-les-Bains, and Sisteron.

Wishing to get closer to a national partner, the partners had mandated Pax Corporate Finance to accompany them in this process. After discussions with the main French players, France Imageries Territoires stood out from the competition by proposing a strong medical project, innovative and sustainable radiology governance with 300 radiologists as shareholders, and support for future development. The associates of the Centre d’Imagerie Médicale de Haute-Provence join their new partner by reinvesting in the France Imageries Territoires network.

France Imageries Territoires is a national network of 50 imaging practices and imaging platforms with 45 health authorizations, and 600 employees, welcoming 1,200,000 patients in the centers as well as the TeleDiag tele-interpretation activity which supports 150 hospitals for 400,000 patients. Its vision is to continue the collective development of the leading medical imaging network in France with a business plan to serve patients, radiologists, regions, health establishments, and institutions.
