Groupe Premium, led by Olivier Farouz and one of the leaders in the wealth management sector, announces the acquisition of Haenggi & Associés, a renowned wealth management firm in the Grand Est region.
PAX Corporate Finance assisted the partners of Haenggi & Associés in this transaction.
The wealth management firm Haenggi & Associés is recognized for its sharp expertise. Led by Clément Haenggi and located in the heart of the Grand Est region, it has established itself as a key player in Strasbourg, Mulhouse, Metz, and Reims, supporting numerous clients in managing and optimizing their assets. Today, Haenggi & Associés relies on a team of around twenty employees and manages €640 million in assets.
The integration of this firm, recognized for its expertise and personalized client support, will enable Groupe Premium to better meet the local needs of its clients in terms of wealth management and investment advisory services. Through this merger, the group confirms its commitment to providing high-quality services while maintaining close proximity to its clients, one of its core values.
With this acquisition, Groupe Premium continues to implement its national development plan, one of its key pillars being the strengthening of its territorial network within its Premium CGP division. This new presence in Eastern France marks a decisive step in this strategy.
The objective is clear: to make Haenggi & Associés a reference player in the region by building on its strengths and providing it with the resources and expertise of Groupe Premium.
The teams at Haenggi & Associés are joining those of Groupe Premium while maintaining their local operational autonomy, thereby ensuring the continuity and quality of services offered. Through this merger, Groupe Premium aims to pool skills, expertise, and true know-how to offer its clients tailored and innovative wealth management solutions.
Olivier Farouz, President of Groupe Premium, comments:
“I am delighted to announce the strengthening of our Premium CGP division with the arrival of Haenggi & Associés, a leading wealth management firm. This addition marks a milestone in our growth and expansion strategy, reinforcing the position of our Premium CGP division in the wealth management and personalized financial services market. I would like to thank the teams for their commitment to this operation, and I am thrilled to welcome Clément Haenggi to this journey and support him in his ambitious development plans.”
Yann Pelard, COO of Groupe Premium in charge of the Premium CGP division, comments:
“The integration of Haenggi & Associés into the Premium CGP division represents a tremendous opportunity to extend our territorial presence and complement the expertise of the CGP division. This collaboration stems from an enriching encounter with Clément Haenggi, whose journey I have followed since his arrival at the firm founded by his father, Bernard. As a recognized leader and key player in the Grand Est region for many years, Clément shares an entrepreneurial vision and ambition perfectly aligned with those of Groupe Premium.”
Clément Haenggi, Managing Director of Haenggi & Associés, adds:
“This partnership will allow us to strengthen our positioning while continuing to offer dedicated and high-quality support, maintaining strong autonomy. It is a fantastic step in the development of Haenggi & Associés and the construction of this great human story with Olivier Farouz and Yann Pelard. Respect for the identity and culture of our firm, as well as the desire to provide our clients and teams with the resources that come with belonging to a large group, were decisive factors in my decision. The Premium model, truly decentralized and based on entrepreneurs like us, guarantees that we can preserve our uniqueness, our DNA, and our values. My ambition has always been to create a regional champion. With Groupe Premium, I intend to continue our development in Eastern France and expand internationally, particularly towards Switzerland.”
