Empreinte Humaine completes a Leveraged Buyout (LBO) with Generis Capital Partners.

Empreinte Humaine partners with Generis Capital Partners to restructure its capital around one of its founders, Christophe Nguyen, while also enabling key executives to become shareholders.
This transaction will allow Empreinte Humaine to pursue its strong organic growth strategy and accelerate its ambitions for external growth.
The successive crises and ongoing transformations in the world of work have highlighted the importance of a healthy professional environment. By investing in their employees’ well-being, companies reduce costs (sick leave, turnover), improve their attractiveness, strengthen their brand image, sustainability, and competitiveness.
Founded in 2012 by Christophe Nguyen and Jean-Pierre Brun, Empreinte Humaine is a strategic consulting firm and a key player in Quality of Work Life (QWL) and the prevention of Psychosocial Risks (PSR). The company relies on a multidisciplinary team (occupational psychologists, clinicians, management professors, etc.). The firm has developed innovative practices based on a rigorous scientific approach, high-level academic publications, and data-driven methods. Empreinte Humaine supports major private and public companies with (i) diagnostics and strategic consulting, (ii) implementation of preventive programs, (iii) training for executive committees, managers, and/or employees on quality of work life. The firm also provides individual psychological support during times of crisis or organizational distress.
Experiencing annual growth of over 25%, Empreinte Humaine aims to continue its organic development by launching new, innovative, and proprietary tools and services, while expanding into new sectors such as education.
Christophe Nguyen, founding CEO of Empreinte Humaine, stated:
“After 12 years of existence, we have built solid and reliable expertise that has proven effective for our clients who have placed their trust in us. We are proud to take this new step in our development to extend our expertise to a wider audience and to embed the issues of psychological health and quality of work life as strategic levers within organizations. Having a partner like Generis Capital, whom we have chosen and who shares our values, is a great asset as we continue our journey.”
Thibaut de Roux, President and Founder of Generis Capital, added:
“Successive crises have raised awareness about health and well-being at work, which are now among the key challenges of today’s professional world. We are convinced that Empreinte Humaine, thanks to its expertise and experience, is the ideal partner to address these issues and has all the assets needed to become the leading player in workplace well-being in France.”
