Announcement of the Eddifis Group's twelfth acquisition: Prema Services.

The Eddifis Group now comprises 10 renovation companies: Bagnis (cut stone, rendering and marble work), A.P.T.Z (roofing, plumbing) marble work), A.P.T.Z (roofing, plumbing), Lenzi (decoration, painting and gilding), DJ AMO (Assistant Project Manager, construction economics construction economics, project management and supervision), VM Constructions (structural work, general contractor construction, general contracting, all trades), SAF (building products wholesaler), Sithec (air conditioning (HVAC engineering), P. Founded in 1991, Prema Services is a family-run company specialising in post-loss renovation for insurers in the Paris region for insurers in the Paris region. The company manages an average of 3,000 projects, generating sales of nearly €4m and has 16 employees. It works exclusively at the request of the insurers with whom it is with which it is registered.

The Paris-based works group, with sales of €35m, has acquired Prema Services, a post-disaster renovation specialist with Prema Services, a specialist in post-disaster renovation with sales of €4m, listed with insurers. Supported by Momentum Invest and Bpifrance as minority investors, it acquired 100% of the shares from its founders, the Slama family.
