Pax Corporate Finance advises the partners of Médicia Gestion Privée in their merger with CYRUS MAISON HEREZ.

Founded in 2010 by Alexis Poirot in Besançon, Médicia Gestion Privée is a wealth management advisory firm. It primarily supports healthcare professionals and business owners with a comprehensive approach to managing their wealth and planning for contingencies.

Advising 300 families with over €120 million in assets under management, Médicia Gestion Privée brings together four employees, including three partners: Alexis Poirot, Laurence Rigoulot, and Rachelle Meillet, who are joining the Cyrus group as partners.

Médicia Gestion Privée will retain its independence as a subsidiary while benefiting from the full range of expertise and services offered by the group.

With this new acquisition, Cyrus Herez strengthens its presence in eastern France and continues its project.
