Groupe Astoria announces the acquisition of Synergie Conseils Patrimoine, which is now part of INSINIA, the group’s dedicated Private Wealth Management brand.

Pax Corporate Finance supported Christophe Valois, the head of Synergie Conseils Patrimoine, throughout this transaction.

Founded in 1992, Synergie Conseils Patrimoine specializes in wealth strategy consulting and investment management. Operating from its two locations in Paris and the PACA region, the firm currently manages €108 million in assets. Christophe Valois, along with his three team members, will remain actively involved within Groupe Astoria to support the expansion of the private wealth management division under INSINIA.

This transaction coincides with another external growth initiative for Astoria, involving the Parisii Gestion Privée firm. These two strategic integrations illustrate INSINIA’s ambition to become a key reference in private wealth management for a demanding clientele. With these acquisitions, INSINIA strengthens its national presence and expands its tailor-made offering while leveraging the talent and expertise of two well-established teams.

Christophe Valois states: “We are excited to embark on this new journey within Groupe Astoria. This opportunity allows us to enhance our expertise and develop our activities under the INSINIA brand while maintaining our commitment to our long-standing clients.”

Malcolm Vincent (Groupe Astoria) adds: “These strategic acquisitions reflect our long-term vision. Parisii Gestion Privée and Synergie Conseils Patrimoine, now under the INSINIA banner, align perfectly with our growth strategy and values.”
