Founded in 1992, Synergie Conseils Patrimoine specializes in wealth strategy and investment advisory. The firm operates from its two locations in Paris and the PACA region and currently manages €108 million in assets. Christophe Valois, along with his three collaborators, will remain engaged within the Astoria Group to support the development of the private wealth management division, led by INSINIA.

This transaction takes place alongside another external growth move for Astoria, with the Parisii Gestion Privée firm. These two strategic integrations highlight INSINIA’s ambition to become a key player in private wealth management for a discerning clientele. With these acquisitions, INSINIA strengthens its national presence and expands its bespoke offering, while leveraging the talents and experience of two renowned teams.

Christophe Valois states: “We are excited to begin this new chapter within the Astoria Group. This opportunity allows us to strengthen our expertise and develop our activities under the INSINIA brand, while remaining committed to our long-standing clients.”

Malcolm Vincent (Astoria Group) adds: “These strategic acquisitions reflect our long-term vision. Parisii Gestion Privée and Synergie Conseils Patrimoine, now under the INSINIA banner, fit perfectly with our growth strategy and values.”
