This acquisition allows Planon to expand its global offering of sustainable Smart Building management solutions. With Planon’s entry into the company’s capital as a majority shareholder, Ubigreen will be able to rely on the international scope of the leader in commercial property management solutions to extend its geographical reach, establish its reputation and pursue its development.
Toulouse and Paris, 20 January 2023 – Ubigreen, the French prop-tech company dedicated to energy performance and workspace optimization, has chosen the Planon group – the world leader in sustainable smart building management software, of which Schneider Electric is a 25% shareholder – to accompany it in its entrepreneurial adventure. This investment allows Ubigreen to rely on an expert in the sector. Planon will accelerate its international deployment and strengthen its position in France. For its part, Planon is expanding its energy and sustainable development management software offering and strengthening its ecosystem of sustainable smart building management solutions by acquiring Ubigreen.
