Vendôme Investissement Conseil, a wealth management consulting firm, joins the Patrimmofi Group

Created in 2003 by Jean Baptiste Surville, joined in 2006 by Valentin Lambert and in 2007 by Benjamin Surville, Vendôme Investissement Conseil is a family firm based in Paris specialising in wealth management for individuals. To date, 400 families have been assisted, with assets under management of €180 million.

Founded by Georges Nemes, the Patrimmofi group currently employs 96 people, including 57 wealth management consultants. The teams are distributed among the various structures of the group, namely: the historic Patrimmofi firm, Arnaud Dubois & Associates, Asfidia, Covaleurs, Haskell Patrimoine Conseil, Hortus Patrimoine, ICF, Institut du Patrimoine, Rive Gauche Finance, Solon Entrepreneur Office and Valorial. To date, the financial assets under management are 1.7 billion euros; gross inflows have reached 335 million euros (real estate and financial) in 2022.

Created in 2003 by Jean-Baptiste SURVILLE after a 25-year career in various investment banks, Vendôme Investissement Conseil is a wealth management consultancy based in Paris.

Jean-Baptiste Surville was joined successively by Valentin Lambert, his son-in-law, in 2006, and Benjamin Surville, his son, in 2007, with a view to developing the firm’s client base. Today, thanks to a multidisciplinary team of 6 people, Vendôme Investissement Conseil provides global expertise in terms of wealth management for a clientele of wealthy families and company directors. The firm currently manages €180 million in assets, mainly in life insurance.

Following a competitive process organized by the PAX Corporate Finance teams, the founding family chose the Patrimmofi group for the next stage of their firm’s development. Following this transaction, Jean-Baptiste Surville will take on the role of Senior Advisor, bringing his excellent relationships with various partners to the Patrimmofi group. Valentin Lambert and Benjamin Surville will become shareholders of the Patrimmofi Group.

The Patrimmofi Group has thus made a new acquisition, the fourth external growth operation in the last year. With €180 million in assets under management, Vendôme Investissement Conseil has consolidated the group’s asset base, which now stands at €1.7 billion. Gross inflows (real estate and financial) amounted to €335m in 2022. Together, the Vendôme Investissement Conseil and Patrimmofi group teams will be able to continue to support their clients in their asset management projects while maintaining a family and local business culture. This merger will also enable the teams to offer their clients an even broader range of wealth management advice, financial market monitoring, and investment solutions.
